You can easily edit your ticket holder information from the My Tickets page for your event after you have purchased tickets. There are 2 ways to get to the My Tickets page for a given event:
From your My Events page:
- Visit the My Events page on Shindigg
- If you are prompted to login, use the email address and password you used when purchasing your tickets. If you don't have a Shindigg account yet, you may create one by clicking "Sign Up", it's quick, easy and free. Use the email address that you used to purchase your tickets
- Hover over the event you wish to edit ticket holder information for and click on "Manage my tickets"
- You'll see all of your tickets for the event.
- Click on "Edit all tickets" to edit your ticket holder information. Save your changes. **
If you are already logged in to Shindigg, you may also access your tickets from the Event page:
- Visit the event page for the event
- Click on "Manage My Tickets". **
- Click on "Edit all tickets" to edit your ticket holder information. Save your changes. **
