In order to sell tickets, you need to choose a payment processor. Shindigg has 2 different options for you to process payments and collect money, Stripe or Paypal.
Most event organizers choose Stripe for payments – it’s really easy to setup, there are no setup or monthly fees, your money is immediately available in your Stripe account, and your money is transferred to your bank account automatically.
Stripe also makes it easier for your customers, as they can pay securely with a credit card on Shindigg without needing to go to a different website.
Paypal is also available to process payments. When you choose Paypal, money is immediately available in your Paypal account and you can manually transfer it to your bank account whenever you choose.
Please note that if you choose Paypal, you customers will be redirected to the Paypal website where they must login with their Paypal account, or create a new one in order to complete their purchase. They can then pay with Paypal or a credit card.
