When selling tickets, Shindigg allows you to add any applicable state and/or local taxes to be collected at the time of ticket purchase.
You configure these taxes under the "Ticketing Options" section of the Event Control Center.
Please note: Shindigg doesn't automatically configure taxes or remit them on your behalf. This feature is provided as a convenience only - it is up to you as the event organizer to understand what (if any) taxes you should be collecting and remit those to the appropriate government agency.
